at the present time we are only able to sell products on this website within Australia.
We do want to help you, so the best way to do this is to so we can offer you the best options.

Currently we do not process payments on the Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery website. We do offer Bank Transfer through our BSB and Account Number which is a safe and reliable way to make payments.
Please make sure you include details about your purchase in the Ref: or Comment: field of your payment so we can track your purchase.

Direct bank transfer Payments can also be called Electronic Funds Transfer or EFT)

Make your payment directly into our bank account.
Our Bank Details will be emailed to you on placing the order.
Please Note: It is essential that you use your Order ID as the payment reference,
so that we can track your payment. Failure to do so may cause delays

Your order will not be shipped until the full amount of funds have cleared in our account.
You should also receive confirmation of this order via the email you entered during purchase in the checkout process (with instructions on how to pay).
Note that due to COVID current shipping may be slow.
Post & Pack is added per item.

The Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery is located in the Mid North of South Australia at Eudunda. Our shipping provider is Australia Post and we are lucky to still have a Post Office in our town.

Express Post is not available from our Post Office.

Books - We try to post your book in a padded prepaid bag and generally most books will fit in a small or medium bag.

To make things less complicated we ship one item in one bag.

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate, as once the item is shipped the Gallery will not be responsible for items that go missing.

Goods that may arrive damaged to you. If this happens you will need to complain to the shipping provider / agent.

The current theme we are using will show the shopping card on the right hand side of the website (in your browser). Note that it does not become visible until you have added an item to the Shopping Cart.

You can also access it from the 'Top menu'  by hovering over the 'Shop" menu item, and then clicking on the 'Shopping Cart' link.
