Fantastic Result For Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery 2023 Mothers Day Street Stall

The Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery Committee and Volunteers would like to thank everybody who supported their Mothers Day Street Stall.

EFHG Mothers Day Flowers - Street Stall 2023
Beautiful EFHG Mothers Day Flowers arranged by Yvonne Schulz at the Gallery Street Stall 2023
L-R: Dot Bonner (EFHG Chairperson), Yvonne Schulz (EFHG Volunteer), Yvonne Rohde (EFHG Committee.

The Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery Committee would especially like to think our Life Member and Volunteer Yvonne Schulz for the wonderful work that she does in collecting and arranging the beautiful flowers for the stall. They were truly magnificent works of art, created with love. Thank you also to those who donated flowers to the stall.

Yvonne Schulz has been voluntarily arranging flowers for Mother’s Day Street Stalls for the last 36 years. Although she has told us the story of her volunteering she said she did not want a fuss made about it.

She first started arranging flowers for Mother’s Day Stalls when there was a need to raise funds for the Eudunda Swimming Pool, later she continued for many years for the Eudunda Hospital Auxillary. When the Eudunda Hall Committee needed to raise funds for the Kitchen upgrade Yvonne volunteered there too. In recent years she has continued to arrange flowers for the Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery Mother’s Day Flower Stalls. It should be noted that Yvonne has always been active in not just flower arrangements but in all aspects of the organisations she has volunteered for.

Yvonne was recently awarded Life Membership for her work on the Eudunda Family Heritage Gallery right from its first beginnings. What a champion volunteer to mention during National Volunteer Week 2023.

We asked Yvonne why she has continued to do the flower arrangements so many years, her reply,
“I love doing it”

Delilah Balmer was also Fundraising for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
