Gottlieb Reichelt and his wife Ernestine, from Silesia (Schlesien) arrived in Australia on November 18th, 1855. The Reichelt family, including two sons Wilhelm and Hermann, sailed to Adelaide, South Australia arriving on the sailing ship “Peter Godeffroy” from Hamburg
